The online classes are a game-changer! They’re incredibly convenient and offer the perfect balance of challenge and accessibility. I love the variety—there’s always something new to try—and being able to work out from the comfort of my home makes it so easy to stay consistent. Highly recommend!

I really enjoy working out online as it gives the flexibility to be at home and work out. I would say Coach Ed is the best trainer. He’ll really pushes us to do our best, corrects our forms and even gives us different options depending to our fitness levels.
